Phenomenal customer service. Made good immediately--and in an understanding, cooperative and professional manner-- a technological error while booking online through a travel site (booked 6 King rooms accidentally, innocent mistake, not the inn's fault). In the end, I was charged appropriately, the account was reconciled; and, I enjoyed my stay. Great value. The property unfortunately does not offer elevators and the accommodations are retro in style. Notawirthy, it was clean, safe, quiet, affordable and offered lots of pluses like a stove, refrigerator, etc. It was a pleasure doing business there. Close proximity to nice bagel shop/bakery frequented by the locals. Plus it was right near local roads and highways--easy to find.

When my daughter left her sweatshirt there, we didn’t realize until we were home, which was six hours away. The staff members went above and beyond, and the owner was able to ship the item back to us the very next day. If you’re looking for a clean and cost-effective overnight stay this is the place for you. There is not a coffee maker or a lot of frills however we were really only there to sleep so it was perfect for our needs. We would stay there again.

big bed, very clean room. quiet area of the complex. room was cleaned a few times during the stay. close to food places. which gave large choice of foods to get.

It is a basic no frills motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. For the price it is excellent. The manager at the desk was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Do n't let the exterior fool you- the room was recently remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. Also a great value! The staff is very helpful.

Love the Location, lots of stores around the area, places to eat,and you can drive a mile down the road at 1am to get coffee
